This 60L stackable open-work case GILAC is designed to facilitate the deployment of HACCP procedures in institutional and commercial catering, as well as in the agri-food industry.

It is intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices in order to reduce food safety hazards.

Gastroland recommends that you :

• Wash the 60 L open-work crate before its 1st use with detergents authorized for food contact.

• Do not store contents at temperatures above 90°C.

• Do not heat the case directly on a heat source.

• Not to store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same case.

• Do not store non-food contents in crates intended to come into contact with food.

• Do not use grinders, mixers or knives directly in the crate.

• Do not use the crate in a microwave oven.
