Application of the Terms and Conditions

The present general conditions of sale (GCS) apply to all electronic or telephone orders placed by professionals or private individuals acting as consumers with VM2P/GASTROLAND, either directly on its Internet site accessible at the following address :, either via the smartphone or tablet application, or by telephone on monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to consult and formally accept them before placing any order.

The applicable GCS are those appearing on the site on the day of the order and attached to the order confirmation e-mail.

Any order placed with the site implies full, unreserved and unconditional acceptance of the GTC in force on the day of the said order.

Any cancellation of an order will be subject to a cancellation fee.


Offers of products and services are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

The prices of products and services indicated on the site's product sheets are exclusive of delivery charges and any additional special services to which you may have subscribed.


Orders can be placed with VM2P/GASTROLAND either online, via the smartphones and tablets app, or by telephone on monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm or by e-mail at

Following the placing of your order, VM2P/GASTROLAND will acknowledge receipt of it by sending you an order confirmation e-mail including the summary of your order as well as the present CGV.

VM2P/GASTROLAND reserves the right not to validate your order for any legitimate reason, namely :

- It does not comply with these GCS

- A dispute relating to the payment of your previous orders

- There are several serious and concordant reasons to suspect fraud in your order.

These e-mails are sent to the e-mail address you use to log in to your customer area.

Terms of payment

VM2P/GASTROLAND offers the following payment options:

  • Credit card (PAYZEN)
  • Bank cheque: Please note that only cheques drawn on a bank located in France are accepted
  • Bank transfer
  • Administrative mandate for local authorities

VM2P/GASTROLAND reserves the right not to offer one or more of these payment methods.

Online payments on the site are made via a secure payment platform.

Your credit card details are never transmitted unencrypted over the network; they are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol

No discount for cash payment.
After the due date, a late payment penalty of 3 times the legal rate will be applied (LOI 2008.76 du 04/08/08).
In the event of late payment, you will be charged a flat-rate indemnity of €40 for collection costs, in accordance with article L441.3 of the French Commercial Code.

Shipping and returns

VM2P/GASTROLAND offers a delivery service to the address of your choice in mainland France. For shipment to Corsica, abroad or DOM TOM: please contact us ( Some products cannot be delivered to Corsica. You will be informed of your product's eligibility for delivery to Corsica when you place your order.

Delivery conditions, in particular costs and delivery times, differ according to the delivery method chosen.

Delivery of certain products or to certain areas may give rise to additional invoicing.

The total amount of your delivery costs is indicated when you place your order.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment.

Heavy or bulky orders are shipped on pallets with DB SCHENKER.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage.

Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.

We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order.

We cannot combine two orders delivered separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them.

Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected.

Goods travel at the consignee's risk, even in the case of carriage-paid prices.

In the event of shortages or damage on arrival, the consignee must take recourse against the carrier responsible.

On receipt of your order, we ask you to open the package in front of the carrier and to check that the goods are in order before signing the delivery note.

If you have any reservations, please be as precise as possible (breakage, anomaly, scratches, condition of packaging). Any reservations made on delivery must be confirmed within 3 working days with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The delivery note legally certifies your agreement to the condition of your goods and their acceptance.

Please note: once the delivery note has been signed, the product belongs to you. The carriers cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transport if this has not been mentioned on the delivery note.

Any parcel returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, an impossibility of delivery or failure to collect the parcel from a relay point will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

Late delivery

In case of delay of delivery of the ordered products, VM2P/GASTROLAND will try to inform you. You can also signal us yourself the delay of delivery via your Customer space. VM2P/GASTROLAND commits itself to do whatever is necessary in order to determine the cause of the delay and to find an adequate solution in view of the effective delivery of the ordered products as soon as possible. In any case, in the hypothesis where, posterior to your order, a product or a service would become totally or partially unavailable, VM2P/GASTROLAND will inform you by e-mail of this unavailability and will give you the possibility :

- To be supplied with a product or service of equivalent quality and price to that ordered

- Or to be reimbursed for the price of the product or service ordered within 30 days of payment of the order.

Please note that delivery times and product availability are given for information only. They do not constitute a firm commitment. No compensation of any kind whatsoever may be claimed by the Customer in the event of unavailability of one or more products or delay in delivery of the order.

Missing or damaged item

Upon receipt of your parcel, if you notice that certain items are missing from your parcel, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so that we can send you these items as soon as possible.

When you receive your parcel, you must IMPERATIVELY check, in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the equipment inside the package, even if the packaging seems perfect and compliant.

No exchange or refund will be made unless the condition of the equipment or the reason for refusal has been mentioned on the delivery note.
In any case, we strongly recommend that you refuse the parcel by writing the reason for refusal on the delivery note and that you contact Customer Services as soon as possible to facilitate the processing of your case.
We remind you that the words "subject to unpacking" or "carton in good condition" release the carrier from liability and exclude you from any recourse.
As a reminder, any reservations made on delivery must be confirmed within 3 working days with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the provisions of articles L.121-21 to L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, With the exception of the return postage, which remains your responsibility, and the initial postage.

Please note that returns must be in their original packaging and unused.

The parcel must be accompanied by mandatory, you will receive a confirmation of the return request made on your customer account and validated by us.

All returns that are not validated by us prior to receipt will not be refunded.

The same applies to parcels sent to a relay station and not collected by the recipient before the expiry of the waiting period, which is 8 calendar days (the costs incurred will be deducted from any return voucher).

You are responsible for transporting the returned products; any damage to the products in this way may prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal.

For products that cannot be returned by post due to their nature and/or size, you will need to contact a carrier, which you will pay for, in order to return your product to us.

VM2P/GASTROLAND cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of one of its obligations arising from the sales contract, insofar as this non-execution is linked to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.

Repayment terms and conditions

In the case of a return, once your request has been validated, a credit note or promotional code will be issued and sent to your customer area within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the return.

In the case of an out-of-stock item or a missing item during delivery, if the customer's choice is not to receive an item of equivalent quality and price, VM2P/GASTROLAND undertakes to reimburse the customer within 30 days from the date of payment of the said order.

Your personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (since May 25, 2018) VM2P/GASTROLAND only collects and processes data for specific purposes in the context of operations necessary for the supply of products or services related to our business activity

Only data that is strictly necessary for a specific purpose may be collected, and only within certain time limits.

  • We do not pass on any data to third parties (subcontractors, social networking platforms, business partners).
  • We only use your data for the purposes necessary for the supply of products or services.

The information that you communicate to us in the context of your orders is destined for VM2P/GASTROLAND and is used for the processing and follow-up of your orders, the after-sales service of the products ordered on our site and the marketing and customer relations management of your customer account.

The data concerning you may be transmitted to VM2P/GASTROLAND partners for the purposes of processing orders and after-sales service, as well as for marketing and customer relations management purposes.

We assure you that we have taken the necessary measures to provide a legal framework for this transfer of data, in particular by completing the appropriate formalities with the CNIL.
