This 15L stackable openwork case is designed to facilitate the deployment of an HACCP approach in foodservice, commercial catering and the agri-food industry.

It is therefore intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices in order to reduce food safety hazards.

Gastroland therefore recommends that you :

  • Wash the 15L open-work case before its 1st use with detergents authorized for food contact.

  • Do not store contents at temperatures above 90°C.

  • Do not heat the case directly on a heat source.

  • Not to store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same case.

  • Do not store non-food contents in crates intended to come into contact with food.

  • Do not use grinders, mixers or knives directly in the crate.

  • Do not use the crate in a microwave oven.
