These lidded bins are designed to facilitate the deployment of HACCP procedures in institutional and commercial catering, as well as in the food processing industry.

They are therefore intended for professional use and must be used in compliance with good hygiene practices in order to reduce food safety hazards.

Gastroland recommends that you :

  • Wash the HACCP 55L rectangular container with lid before its 1st use with detergents authorized for food contact.

  • Do not store contents at temperatures above 90°C.

  • Do not heat this container directly on a heat source.

  • Not to store several types of food (or different batches of food) at the same time in the same container.

  • Not to store non-food contents in bins intended to come into contact with food.

  • Do not use grinders, mixers or knives directly in the bin, or use it in the microwave.
